Q: Why should I choose All Time Fuel?
A: At All Time Fuel we say it's all about the customer. As such, we have cultivated the ability to be flexible in order to meet the varying needs of homeowners. Our primary focus is to ensure that each customer who contacts All Time Fuel leaves satisfied.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Customers may pay using debit/credit cards, money order, Zelle, and checks (check must be received at least two days prior to delivery).  Credit and debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) may be submitted over the phone.  Drivers and servicemen DO NOT collect payments on the road.

Q: Are lock-in prices available?
A: Currently we do not offer lock-in prices due to the uncertainty and the wild fluctuations in the market.
Q: Do I need to have a contract to order a delivery?
A: No. All you need to do is call our office with your delivery instructions and your payment information at hand.
Q: What is the latest I can call to get same-day delivery?
A: Except for extreme circumstances, or where otherwise requested, all calls are same-day delivery.
Q: Do you offer automatic deliveries?
A: Yes, we have both automatic and will-call customers. If you are not sure which is better for you, one of our staff members will be happy to help you choose.
Q: What is the minimum number of gallons you deliver?
A: Under normal circumstances, a minimum order of 100g is recommended. However, this amount can be adjusted depending on your location and/or financial challenges. Whatever your situation, All Time will always try to meet your heating needs. Just give us a call and let us do the rest.
Q: Do you offer boiler service?
A: Yes. Our service department offers subsidized plans to our customers. Non-customers are also welcome, although there are differences in the pricing plans. Call us for more details.
Q: How often should I clean my oil boiler?
A: Your oil boiler should be vacuum-cleaned at least once each year preferably during the summer when it is cheaper and the boiler is not in constant use.
Q: What can I do to use less oil?
A: The amount of oil you use is determined by a number of factors, including the efficiency of your boiler and the degree to which your house retains heat. For details on how to conserve, click here or call our office.
